Supervisory Board of the Kyiv-Mohyla Foundation of Ukraine

The highest governing body of the Foundation is the Board of Managing Participants, which consists of its founders and makes all the most important decisions regarding the fund's activities. Meantime, the Supervisory Board is the second governing body of the Foundation that regulates and monitors the fund's activities: approving the Foundation's charitable programs and overseeing their execution, reviewing current and periodic reports from the Executive Directorate members and the Director, appointing audits of financial reporting, etc.
The Board of Managing Participants elects the Supervisory Board and its Chairman for a 3-year term. Notably, the Fund's Director and members of the Executive Directorate cannot be members of the Supervisory Board.

Taras Lukachuk
Taras Lukachuk, a graduate of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (Social Sciences Department, 1997), gained recognition as a talented leader. He was a Vice President at Kraft Foods, Area Director of Ukraine and New Markets, Eastern Europe and Central Asia from 2011 to 2015. After that, he was the President of EEMEA, the Coffee category at Jacobs Douwe Egberts (Mondelēz International). Taras is also a founder of the annual fellowship "KMA Best Teacher-Mentor."

Hennadii Zubko
Hennadii Zubko is a renowned Ukrainian politician and researcher who has been a good friend of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy for many years. Hennadii is a graduate of Kyiv-Mohyla Business School. In 2018, he established an annual scholarship for students.

Oksana Markarova
Oksana Markarova is a renowned Ukrainian economist and stateswoman, a graduate of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (the Department of Natural Sciences, 1995-1999). She previously held the position of Minister of Finance of Ukraine (2018-2020) and, since 2021, has been the Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States. Oksana is also a member of the Advisory Board of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.

Yuriy Gorodnichenko
Yuriy Gorodnichenko is a world-renowned economist, a graduate of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (the Department of Economics, 1995-1999), and a professor at the University of California, Berkeley. Despite numerous significant projects, Yuriy actively participates in the life of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. In addition to his membership in the Supervisory Board of the Kyiv-Mohyla Foundation of Ukraine, he is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kyiv-Mohyla Foundation of America.

Ihor Lypovoy
Ihor Lypovoy is the Chairman of the Law firm LEGAL LINE.
