Kyiv-Mohyla Foundation supports student initiatives: 6 months of collaboration with «KMA Help» initiative

22.04.2024

On April 15, the Kyiv-Mohyla Foundation of Ukraine marked 6 months of collaboration with the «KMA Help» initiative.

«KMA Help» is a volunteer organisation founded by students of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy on February 25, 2022. This initiative focuses on charitable fundraising for defenders (students, alumni, faculty) from the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. Since November 2023, the Kyiv-Mohyla Foundation of Ukraine has begun supporting «KMA Help», assisting with financial operations through the Foundation's official bank accounts (Monobank).

As a result of these 6 months of collaboration, the initiative has raised 855,000 UAH (± 21,500$) for our KMA Family:

✱ 220,000 UAH to provide a Mavic drone for Viktor Poberezhny.

✱ 50,000 UAH for medical turnstiles for Hlib Osipovych.

✱ 150,000 UAH  for two Mavic drones for Andriy Brynenko.

✱ 200,000 UAH for a Mavic drone for Kalyta Valentyna’s father.

✱ 235,000 UAH for a Mavic drone for Mykola Kapshuk.

We are proud of Kyiv-Mohyla students and are always happy to support their projects and initiatives. «KMA Help» is an example of the true leaders of  Ukraine’s future!
