About
Kyiv-Mohyla Foundation of Ukraine is a nonprofit charitable organization with the primary goal of supporting the development of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and its community by engaging business enterprises, alumni private donors and public fundraising campaigns, and Ukrainian and international partners.
Together with the university, the Foundation has set its three main strategic goals:
1. Encourage, engage, and retain the best students and faculty members;
2. Begin the process of campus development following the vision of the KMA community;
3. Shaping an ecosystem of support for KMA: cooperation with Foundations in the USA and Canada, as well as with other institutions.
The Foundation was established by members of the Supervisory Board, graduates, staff, and the Alumni Association of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
Our vision is to provide a high-quality and competitive edge within the global academic community education at Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.

The Fund's team includes Supervisory Board, Board of Managing Participants and Executive Directorate.

Fund management structure
The management bodies of the Foundation include:
- Board of Managing Participants – general meetings of participants;
- Supervisory Board;
- Executive Directorate – the executive body;
- The Director heads the Executive Directorate and serves as the leader of the Foundation.
The highest governing body of the Fund is the General Meetings of Participants, which is called the Board of Managing Participants and manages all the matters related to the Fund.
The Supervisory Board is a managing body of the Fund that regulates and monitors the activities of the executive body.
The Executive Directorate, led by the Director, serves as the Fund's executive body responsible for managing its ongoing activities of the Fund. The Executive Directorate and the Director are answerable to the Board of Managing Participants and the Supervisory Board.
The Conference is an advisory body of the Fund. Additionally, donors, beneficiaries, staff, students, graduate students, and alumni of the Academy are invited to participate. The Conference is an open and transparent form of reporting on the Foundation's annual achievements.
