Kyiv Mohyla Foundation announces the winners of the Teaching Fellowships 2024!

15.02.2025

We are proud to announce the results of the competitions for teaching scholarships. In 2024, two competitions were held to support teachers who contribute to the development of the academic community of NaUKMA through their hard work. We are pleased with the large number of nominees, as this demonstrates the high level of professionalism and dedication of our teachers. We thank everyone who applied and participated in the scholarship competition!

Last summer, we held a competition for young teachers for the Zoya Lytvyn scholarship.
This award is aimed at supporting beginning teachers who make a significant contribution to the development of the university with their ideas and work.

👏The winner is:
Sergii Kozerenko, Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Informatics, Department of Mathematics.
Mr. Kozerenko was highly praised for his innovative teaching methods, active involvement of students in international research projects, and organization of extracurricular activities.

Special thanks to Ms. Zoya Lytvyn, who personally selected the final winner.

Later, there was also a competition for teachers in 2024.
Teachers who work at NaUKMA as their main place of work could apply for this award. At the same time, teaching experience at NaUKMA is not a limitation; candidates who have been working at NaUKMA both recently and those who have been teaching at the Academy for a long time were nominated.

👏The winner of this competition is:
Anna Prokhorova, Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Social Technologies.
Ms. Prokhorova was nominated by students who highly appreciated her professionalism, inspiration and care for everyone. You can read the students' letter here.

🫂We thank all the participants of the competition, as well as the members of the competition committee, which included representatives of the administration, teachers, alumni and students of NaUKMA.

We sincerely congratulate our winners and wish them further professional success!
