Report of the Kyiv Mohyla Foundation for 2024

Last year was another proof that together we can create the future. Thanks to the generosity and dedication of our community, the Kyiv-Mohyla Foundation was able to implement large-scale initiatives to support the Academy.
In 2024, the Academy was supported by:
436 donors and 93 donors who support the Academy on a monthly basis.
Key achievements of the Foundation in 2024:
Fundraising: accumulated UAH 40,600,629 to support the Academy
Infrastructure projects:
- completed the restoration of the facade of the Old Academic Building;
- Launched a project to develop energy independence of the campus;
- creation of new laboratories;
- restoration and renovation of the Academy's infrastructure.
International activities:
We co-organised trips of NaUKMA researchers to the USA to participate in leading academic events.
Scholarships:
- 16 scholarships for students;
- 2 scholarships for teachers;
- 1 grant for student projects.
Fundraising initiative ‘Community of Mohylianka Patrons’:
A project was launched to support NaUKMA with monthly contributions from $5 on the following platforms: Buy me a coffee and Patreon.
Culture of memory
- a scholarship fund in memory of Mohyla residents who died in the Russian-Ukrainian war was launched;
- the Tatiana Balabushevych and Mykhailo Kirsenko Memorial Prize was established.
