The Kyiv-Mohyla Foundation announces a call for proposals for a grant from the Scholarship Fund in Memory of Mohyla Students Fallen in the Russian-Ukrainian War.

11.02.2025

Last year, the Mohyla community established a scholarship fund in memory of Mohyla residents who died in the Russian-Ukrainian war. This initiative was not only a tribute to the heroes' feat, but also a way to continue their work of building a free Ukraine by supporting proactive and conscious Ukrainians. The Foundation has established three student scholarships: for bachelors, masters, and graduate students, a scholarship for a teacher, and a grant for a student project.

Today we are announcing the first competition for a student project grant. The grant is aimed at supporting student initiatives that contribute to the preservation of historical memory, strengthening the unity of Ukrainian society and the development of Ukraine, and building the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and its community.

The total amount of the grant is UAH 100,000. The number of winning teams and the distribution of funds among them will be determined by the competition committee. Therefore, it can be either one project that will receive full funding or several projects that will receive partial funding. In the case of partial funding, laureates can raise the necessary amount through fundraising.
