The Result of the fundraising help on the Day of the KMA IT Department 🙌

In May, the KMA IT Department, on the occasion of its anniversary, joined the fundraising campaign of the charity fund "Dignitas" to create a mobile workshop for armament repairs.

In just two weeks, 727,145 UAH (around $17,700) was raised, which is even more than the set-up goal.

📸 Today, we gladly share a photo report of the mobile repair workshop, funded by the accumulated donations. It was created for the 14th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Roman the Great.

💬 "There was a challenge in upgrading drones for combat use. To be effective on the battlefield, drones need to be properly configured. These configurations cannot be done during production as they depend on many factors. Therefore, combat groups make 'orders' to the technicians just before using the drones, taking into account all the nuances. These configurations remain relevant for one or three days. After this, the configurations need to be updated again.

Some units started setting up stationary workshops, but it is much easier for the enemy to target a such workshop than a mobile one. In addition, stationary workshops have a large technical base, and during transportation, there is a high risk of losing or forgetting something. In contrast, mobile workshops are ready to work within 20 minutes after relocation," said Lyubov Shypovych, the founder of the "Dignitas" fund and an alumna of the KMA IT Department.
